Cricut supplies can be expensive, so I decided to take a trip to Dollar Tree and try all sorts of different Cricut supplies out. I also found crafting items that can elevate your Cricut crafts, like magnets, foam squares, and cutting mats. As the title Dollar Tree Cricut Finds 2025 says, all of these items were found in 2025.

When I went to Dollar Tree, I might have gone a bit crazy trying to find all sorts of Cricut dupes and other Cricut items. I found some winner items and some loser items.

The Dollar Tree Cricut tools were perfect and worked just as good as my Cricut tools. You can barely even tell that the tools are from Dollar Tree. My favorite tool was the weeder because of how similar it looked to the Cricut weeder.

I was so excited when I found the Dollar Tree vinyl. The vinyl was 2 for $1.00, and I got 4 of my most-used colors. I did have some trouble using the vinyl, but that is expected for the price. I do have some tips after using this vinyl to make the process easier.
Use the Matte Vinyl setting( I did this on a Maker 4) and put it on "more" pressure.
Only pick bigger designs and avoid cursive fonts.
Be very careful when using transfer tape to apply it to the surface.
Also, remember that this vinyl is not made to be on fabric going through a washing machine.
Even though it took effort to get the results I wanted, I was so happy in the end. I loved using the Matte Vinyl setting instead of the washi tape setting. The washi tape setting is another setting commonly used with Dollar Tree vinyl. When I used this setting, my vinyl did not cut through.

This cutting mat is a game-changer when cutting different materials like cardstock and vinyl. The roller cutter is also super useful and has no problems cutting different materials.

I always need foam squares and adhesive dots when doing Cricut projects. Dollar Tree has the best deals on these supplies, and they always work perfectly. I am also excited to try these new magnets that I have never seen in store.

One of my most made projects on my Cricut is cards. I always need glue while making my cards, and I use Mod Podge and Tacky Glue. To glue materials for my cards, I add some glue in a paint palette and I paint the glue onto the card with paint brushes.

One of my favorite items from my Dollar Tree haul is this storage container for pens and paint brushes. I store my Cricut supplies, paint brushes, pencils, Midliner highlighters, and gel pens. I recommend this even if you don't have a Cricut, because it could also be a great desk organizer.
Project Made With Dollar Tree Cricut Finds 2025 :

I customized an apron and labeled a jar with as many Dollar Tree items as possible.

Apron:
I made the apron using the roller cutter, cutting mat, Cricut Light Grip Mat, your choice of vinyl (I used the light pink Dollar Tree vinyl), a plain apron ( I used this Child Sized Apron), a heat press, heat mat, transfer tape, parchment paper, weeder, spatula, and scraper.
Start by creating a template on Cricut Design Space. ( I used STIX Two Math as my font) This template can be as simple as a name, or you can add a design. If you are using the Dollar Tree vinyl, I do not recommend picking a cursive font. I did it for the original design, and I had to change it later after 2 tries.
Use the cutting mat and the roller cutter to cut the correct amount of vinyl for your project and attach the vinyl.
For settings, use the Matte Vinyl setting with more pressure. Then put your mat into the Cricut and allow the cut to happen.
Take the vinyl off of the mat and weed the name and/or picture.
Cut and attach the transfer tape to the design.
Take the design and attach it to the apron
Use the scraper to try to stick the design onto to apron. ( With Dollar Tree vinyl, you may also need to remove the letters with a weeder and manually put them on.)
After adding the design to the apron, put a heat mat under the apron and parchment paper over the apron.
Use a heat press and push the apron first a 150° for one minute, then do 400° for one minute. Also, do 400° on the back for 30 seconds. Don't make the mistake of overheating for too long and melting letters. These heat times also may not be accurate for you because if your apron and vinyl material.
Now you are finished with your apron. I did this project with Dollar Tree Vinyl, and if I put my apron in the wash, there is a high chance that the letters would fall off. Keep this in mind while creating. If you would like something more durable, then pick a durable vinyl made for clothing and fabric.
Glue Sticks Jar:
I made this project using a jar, transfer tape, vinyl of your choice( I used the Dollar Tree vinyl in white), scraper, weeder, spatula, Cricut Light Grip Mat, roller cutter, and a cutting mat.
1. Start by creating a label of what you want in your jar using Cricut Design Space. ( I used Lao MN for my font.)
2. Use the cutting mat and the roller cutter to cut the correct amount of vinyl for your project and attach the vinyl.
3. For settings, use the Matte Vinyl setting with more pressure. Then put your mat into the Cricut and allow the cut to happen.
4. Remove the vinyl from the mat and weed out the name.
5. Cut and attach transfer tape to the design.
6. Attach the design to the jar.
7. Use the scraper to try to stick the design onto to jar. ( With Dollar Tree vinyl, you may also need to remove the letters with a weeder and manually put them on.)
Now you are finished with your jar. Enjoy your project and fill it with your chosen item.
Overall, I enjoyed doing these Dollar Tree Cricut projects and finding cool materials in the store.
