Cricut Bookmark Tips

I love making cool and customized bookmarks with my Cricut. Today, I will show my favorite Cricut bookmark tips and ways to make bookmarks. These are not my designs, and I found these on Cricut Design Space.

Step 1

Find a template or make your own and gather materials.

Materials needed to make bookmarks on Cricut.

You will need Cardstock in multiple colors, a cutting mat, roller cutter, paint brush, paint palette, ribbon, Mode Poge, XL scraper, weeder, spatula, and mini scraper.

Step 2

Start cutting your cardstock using a Cricut Light Grip Mat. When I cut cardstock, I use the intricate cuts setting with regular pressure. Also, make sure to use your scrapers, spatula, and weeder while working.

Step 3

After cutting all of your materials, gather them up and put them in order, getting ready to glue.

Step 4

Put Mode Podge glue into a paint palette or piece of paper. Then use a paintbrush to apply the glue to the bookmark.

When I am painting on my glue, I like to start by painting the base of the bookmark. Then, when I apply every layer, I paint the back of the layer I am applying.

Step 5

After attaching every layer of your bookmark, your bookmark will be complete. Make sure to firmly press down or use your scraper to make sure that all layers are attached. Mode Poge is very easy to use and dries quickly, so you can use your bookmark sooner.
